Sad.

This joke has already been done and far better in "Man On the Moon" with Jim Carrey.

The flash itself was dull, and is no better than those one joke, quick-tween-fest flashes.

Delivering what you promised? This is pretty much a quick version of what Legendary Frog did when people were constantly begging for his Code Veronica spoof.

I don't know, maybe I wouldn't have been so harsh if you weren't begging for money all the time in exchange for Arfenhouse 3 and I quote:

Anyway--for those who actually read this far and keep leaving reviews asking for it, AHTM3's on the way. Check my website at DLabs, which will eventually have movie progress info updated every now and then. Or just donate some money so I can spend more time working on these and less time working a pointless redundant job in some office. A few bucks means that people give enough of a damn to support the author instead of just cattleprodding him... which is me. Okay I'm done whoring myself so go watch the movie :(((
-Misteroo, Comments from 8 Bitch 5: Evil on the Attack.

In short:

Graphics: You scrolled text, what would YOU give it.

Style: As mentioned, the joke isn't even original.

Sound: Music was catchy, but I still turned it off halfway through.

Violence: None

Interactivity: None

Humor: I didn't find this funny, neither the message or the concept.

Overall: I enjoy reading your reviews. Don't you lambaster people on this stuff all the time?

"You think you're all that... but you're not"

Misteroo responds:

And then Captain Obvious flew in through the window and shot the masses with his laser vision before flying away... but even then none realized the movie wasn't legit, took it seriously, and got angry. Later, they were in therapy. But it didn't help.

Crap...

Instead of viewing one crappy entry, it was a whole collab.

JackNicholson responds:

YAY

Not the best but...

I think its good enough to pass judgement. Although its part teaser, you put enough plot in it to make it interesting. I can easily tell what was going on in all the scenes and although its slow a couple of times, it's not too agonizing.

You may want to work on your gradients though. Try to make your own instead of relying on the default gradients. You can adjust them and such.

I'm probably going to get shot for saying this but

As an artistic piece, its absolutely stunning. But this is hardly an episode. While I doesn't have to be like 20 minutes like some of the stuff on here, having a character walk in, and shoot a demon doesn't really warrant the word "episode"... "teaser" but not episode. I know it sounds picky but if you would've put "teaser" I would've given it a ten hands down. But to call this an episode... I was left more with a "that's it?" look on my face.

I know you said you will do a second episode, but if you've already taken up 4.5 megs for this, what will you do when it comes time to add maybe voices or a longer plot?

I know this score is lower than most on here, but I'm a person who values plot over visuals. Obviously this isn't the case with everyone and there are those who value graphics over plot and that's fine too.

I wish you good luck in the future.

Terrible...

"Why do these reporters sit behind their fucking polished desks?"

-Because a news company isn't going to send its entire staff to one disaster. There are other things going on in the world.

"Why do they sit there asking stupid questions...."

-If you want people to gain enough sympathy for something, sometimes you have to bring about awareness. Example: learning 80% of one island's population is wiped out in the big tsunami... don't tell me that "fucking" statistic doesn't give you some urge to donate or help out.

"Why do those morons stand out there in the fucking storm reporting and not helping people?

-If those reporters in the Tsunami weren't reporting, do you think it would've recieved nearly as much aid as it did if they didn't talk about it?

"You know what? In about a week, all they are going to talk about is how fucking high oil is..."

-There's more to life than just surviving a storm. Oil affects the price of food, utilities for heating and cooling and employment. Unfortunately oil also makes up a large portion of our paychecks; not counting the indirect methods like the gas to transport aid, and food and whatnot. Most of the pain involved with a disaster is not trying to get off a roof but getting back on your feet. Don't even try to say that the price of oil is "nothing". Because sadly, it affects even the bare necessities and rebuilding one's life.

You can just count the anime cliches

Although I was mainly laughing at all the cliches in this (DBZ energy balls, wind blowing after an opponents demise etc...) it was still a surprisingly enjoyable movie. There was alot of camera angle work(which is good :)) and the music was well suited for this. Plenty of moving action so it didn't go dull. But you need to have a little faith in the intelligence of your audience. (why would any villian stick a "fortress" sign on their front lawn? Unless they were trying to sell the place.)

I think you could've improved character models

Your video is well storyboarded and I really like the atmosphere and music. But I'm not to fond of the character models. I feel that because there wasn't alot difficult limb movements, you could've afforded to create more complex models.

If you are wondering why graphics are a 9, and style is a 2... I feel that your drawing and backgrounds were nice, but the round headed-South Park look clashed everything else.

I love your submissions

Your drawings are quite fluid with a style that's clean and unique. Great use of color, backgrounds and movement.

Not bad...

You have an excellent grasp of proportion, muscle, and body movement. Those are three things that most animators struggle with so its nice that you are able to be this good on your second try.

However, your color pallette is really...REALLY... shoddy.

Like the part where that kid is sitting beside that dead woman; the colors were like those used on a Fisher Price toy. If you want people to feel sad for the character, you have to put them in a somber mood... and therefore use dark colors and lots of shadowing (rain and thunder also help).

Although the bright colors are perfectly fine when you were introducing the cast... you need to know when darken your art and when to brighten it up. It can really affect how the viewer feels at that moment.

Speaking of the cast, congrats on creating a wonderfully diverse group. I'm already liking the Reaper's design. Don't forget, whenever you start the episodes, that you keep that diversity. Nobody wants a team of Solid Snakes.

Well, good luck on your series.

Where to begin...

I saw the first one when it came out. And now when I noticed that you created a V2, I was hoping that the main problems would be fixed but that was not the case.

Graphics: Here is a quick anatomy lesson. The full arm (from the shoulder to the fingers) should reach mid-thigh. The hands themselves(before the wrist to the tip if the fingers) should be about the size of the face(from chin to hairline). In any Zelda parody, if you don't get Link right, your going to have to fight off hoards of fanboys with a stick.

Now some scenes, Link looked pretty good. (he actually looked cute walking up to the castle and standing there) but his arms looked awful it was like they were replaced with a midget.

But, the graphics were good enough to tell what was going on.

Sound: Not shabby. Good use of effects.

Violence: Link's face got crap all over him.

Interactivity: The blooper reel was amusing to listen to. And cheers for fixing the bugs on the dress up game :) Most people don't even bother adding extras to their flashes.

Humor: Potty humor isn't my style. But I did enjoy the end part where Link steals the "fin" sign.

Overall: Well I never noticed that the grunting that Ganon makes sounds like he's taking a crap until now. I'll never look at SSBM the same again :p. Anyways if you plan on doing another, I'd suggest you make fun of the nipple costume in F-Zero GX for the Gamecube ;)

Dreaming of things won't make them real, but working for them might.
