Man that was awesome!

I like the use of colors here. Although those three black slashes in the middle were a little out of place(either make them move like an old movie... make them thinner, move them outward a little or leave them out) but the black border was a good touch.

The art for this was really fitting and good as well as the music.

I docked off two points... one for it being short and the other for those three marks in the middle. But I really enjoyed what I saw and I hope you make more.

To help you out

The audio files on this are too big. Doesn't have to be much . Also, think about pacing. Really, you could've just used one song and cut out the amount of frames. Some scenes go on too long like the Kirby and pokemon ones at the beginning.

Well...

It is not the best movie, but it's not blam worthy. For some reason, there was this blinking box in the middle of the flash the entire time I was watching it. I don't know if it was my computer or not so I won't hold it against you. In the flash itself, it had decent animation. The characters don't lag and move quite nicely. Some effects weren't that good. They kind've make the flash look a little ugly rather than emphasis emotion due to the colors being a little flat and MS Paint like. Anyways, good luck on future animations.

Good movie...

It took me a little bit to figure out that Eddy was a symbolization of Katie.

Its odd, although your graphics appear to be crappy, they were also fitting. I really like the abstract, scratchy tone you put on it.

Sound is only a zero because the speakers are off (I'm in a public place). Nothing against you and nothing counted for.

This is a really good sleeper-hit. Thank you for sharing Katie's story with us :)

thankx i waz worried that ppl wouldnt make the conection bettween the two ppl. i waz true that i waz perposly using a kinda stechy style of anamation to add that weridness factor to this film. thats for hearing kates story im sure she would be happy to know that so many ppl now know.

Looking good.

This is a very stylish video. I like how the characters looked but the problem was that you either hit the nail on animation or it looked horrendously crappy (like the one scene where he has his back turned away and the cape/jacket thing was blowing). It is a teaser, and its done its job. Now the hard part, will you actually complete it?

yeah i know.....as i have said already i will be reworking scene's here...and i have 6 months to do the first part.....so plenty of time to make it good i think...
And um YES people seem worried that i wont complete this......i want to become an animator in the future and i want to use this series im making as a main portfolio piece for jobs...:P.....
But at the same time i really want to do something different with sci-fi action/drama.....no worries this will be complete come JULY 2006!!!

I'm sorry but the joke wasn't even funny (actually "overused" is a more proper word), the song didn't fit, and it took forever to load just watch Link stand and do nothing.

Seriously, pick some shorter music, but if you still want the RHCP song than at least go to some music editting software and cut out the amount you need instead using the whole thing and wasting 3MB worth.

i dunno if anyone actually noticed (i didnt really emphisize it) but the actual joke was that by the end he was in lake hylia with the boots and navi still told him to do that. iv had it happen to me in the game.

the song didnt fit cuz what would? i dont have zelda music and i needed something faster than some game music anyways

the file size is because of the music, but i wanted it to be as clean as possible so i kept it in its original format instead of downsizeing it

This joke has already been done and far better in "Man On the Moon" with Jim Carrey.

The flash itself was dull, and is no better than those one joke, quick-tween-fest flashes.

Delivering what you promised? This is pretty much a quick version of what Legendary Frog did when people were constantly begging for his Code Veronica spoof.

I don't know, maybe I wouldn't have been so harsh if you weren't begging for money all the time in exchange for Arfenhouse 3 and I quote:

Anyway--for those who actually read this far and keep leaving reviews asking for it, AHTM3's on the way. And then Captain Obvious flew in through the window and shot the masses with his laser vision before flying away... but even then none realized the movie wasn't legit, took it seriously, and got angry. Later, they were in therapy. But it didn't help.

The series doesn't have potential...

...but you do. Let me give you some advice, don't try to go for a series on your first try. Instead, work on small projects to further your flash skills.

Most of your scenes looked a little bland... and the perspective was a little shoddy. But things like the elevator opening looked really good.

Same with the people, the beginning guy (Big Boss/Solid Snake? ) just stood there, but the guard had good head movement later on.

You have a sly eye for detail, but the problem is you lack expierence. That's something that will come with time and practice.

One thing that was good throughout this flash was that you have good editting and timing. AKA you know when to cut from shot to shot without making a scene feel too short or lag too long. Except for the artistic flaws mentioned above, the trailer wasn't half bad.

If you keep at it, you can laugh at all the people who call your work shit later.

Thank you very mutch .. well im working on this with 2 VA's and 1 Drawer . he drewed the Terrorist . haha the rest i did ,, i animated all ,, everything exept the music and terrorist i did ,, thanks for really watched trough the movie , good luck with your movies too ... thank you

Good, but not a 10

I think this is a very good piece, but its not a "10". You have a talent for captivating emotions while keeping the piece fluid.

But it feels segmented and unfinished and kind've random like it was meant as a portfolio piece rather than an actual movie submission. If you want an example, you should watch the movies by Vinnie Veritas(just type his name in the search engine). To me, you remind me of his type of work.
